The natural evolution of self-creation. Self-portrait as a re-creative and re-generative act. There's reality and there's me, the filter which makes surreal what's real. A process that goes through similarities, visual metaphors and mutations. Nature nourishes herself of the mutations she produces. I imitate her way to evolve. So naturally an individual gets to be what he is. So imaginatively I get to be myself.
Performer and videomaker born in Tuscany (Italy). She melts her background studies and experiences in aesthetic philosophy, contemporary dance, theatre, illustration, sculpture, and videoart to create her visual art concept. Her works were exhibited in many galleries and International Contemporary Art Fairs and Festivals in Italy and Europe (Munich, Innsbruck, Gent, Dublin, Marseille, Lyon). She worked with musicians like Leo Abrahams, Les fragments de la nuit, Alessandra Celletti, Astrolabioanima, Giuseppe Righini. In 2009 she won the First Prize for Videoart Section in the International Contest ‘Romaeuropa Webfactory’ of Rome with the video Selfportrait.
